Apple & Cinnamon Bliss Balls

My sweet tooth has a voracious appetite and I’m a self confessed snackaholic. Bliss balls seem to solve everything for me. Whether I need them for a pick-me-up in the afternoon, an easy to carry snack, or a boost of energy before or after working out and as a sweet treat after dinner, bliss balls are my go-to.

Here is the recipe I put together Bare Snacks, you can also find it on their website. The Bare Organic Apple Chips in this recipe brings these delicious little morsels a lovely crunch and dates are wonderful source of fibre and energy.

Apple Cinnamon Bliss Balls

(Makes 6)

5 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup of Bare Organic Apple Chips
1tbsp almond butter
1tsp pure vanilla essence
1/2tsp cinnamon

Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender.

Tip the contents into a bowl and knead the matter into dough.

With your hands form bite-sized balls and that’s it!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy at your leisure.
