“Fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.” (Coraline)
In life, I’m going for the kind of moment Dom Perignon had when tasting champagne for the first time, it is believed he said, ‘Come quickly, I’m tasting the stars.’
The Quirky Princess is an evolving journey and story. Or if you rather, my passion for good wholesome food, moving my body, feasting on film, being a lady boss and anything else that makes one feel fabulous.
To me a quirky princess is a unique and strong woman who uses courage and intellect to make life wonderful for herself and others and her inner beauty brings light to the world. As well as being a blogger, I’m the co-founder and CEO of a startup – which means, like so many women, I’m often juggling things. We can’t do any of the above on an empty stomach, if we feel bloated or unhealthy, so before taking on the world it’s important to take some time out for yourself – so you can glow inside out.
PS. I thank you for choosing to read my blog at your discretion and exercising the power of free will in doing so. While I hope my content enriches your daily food, beauty and life choices, it is worth saying that I am not providing any medical or legal advice.
You know the spiel, before going on any type of life altering thing (exercise, cleanse, diet, spiritual experience), seek the advice of your doctor particularly if you are pregnant, have any type of condition and are taking medication. While most of the stuff on my blog sounds pretty wonderful, it’s not always for everyone and if there is one thing I insist on, it’s everyone taking care themselves, so look out for yourself and do the right thing if you are not sure about something, just ask someone who would know.
I am also going to wash my hands of this: the privacy practices of any advertisers or blog commentators.
